For more than 40 years, the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council’s Human Capital Services (HCS) and Employee Benefit Plans Advisory Services and Trust (EBPAS) departments have helped members meet the challenges of hiring and retaining qualified health care professionals. HCS provides valuable assistance in recruiting employees, checking backgrounds and qualifications, analyzing compensation and employee benefits data, and containing unemployment insurance costs.
