MCHC’s HCS department has been in partnership with Nielsen Associates, Inc. since 1987 to provide member organizations with training and development opportunities at MCHC or on-site at member facilities.  Nielsen’s mission is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective organizational development solutions to enhance the performance of individuals, teams and health care organizations.

Serving the health care industry, many of our members and other industries for more than 20 years, Nielsen’s standard and customized training programs are available in multiple formats and in Spanish. By combining MCHC’s and Nielsen Associates’ resources, members have access to current, high-quality, interactive training at a reasonable per-employee cost.  Programs are offered at MCHC or may be tailored to meet an organization’s specific in-house needs, audience and budget.  For example, Nielsen recently contracted with one of our members to provide customized service training to over 900 employees, from front desk staff to physicians at multiple locations over a period of three months. Training is available for a multitude of topics or may be developed specifically for your organization.
