MCHC’s Conference Center is the perfect location for meetings or special events. The facility offers flexible accommodations, a convenient location and a cost-effective package for off-site meetings, seminars, planning sessions and award ceremonies. MCHC members enjoy discounted rates. Space accommodations include flexible space configurations, convenient hours, state-of-the-art audio/visual services and a wide selection of catering options. The center offers 6,000 square feet of meeting space spread across six rooms and can comfortably accommodate anywhere from two to 150 people. State-of-the-art equipment allows meeting participants in two or more locations to video-conference. The Polycom ViewStation 4000 is a video-conferencing system that includes superior audio technology, vivid on-screen graphics, remote access and the ability to share content. This technology, in real-time, is perfect for distance learning, corporate training, executive meetings, project management and remote interviews.
