The Human Capital Services (HCS) Department assists members in hiring and retaining a high-caliber health care workforce. Services and resources such as pre-employment screening, regional compensation and benefits data, workshops, unemployment compensation cost management programs, and outplacement and transition services, meet human resources’ need for all phases of the employment lifecycle.
