Shipping Policy After you have placed your order, we will check our inventory for order fulfillment. Once your order is processed, an automated delivery email we will be sent to you confirming your placed order with an invoice/confirmation number.
In general, orders that are placed during normal business hours of Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Central Standard Time, will be packaged and shipped within 2 business days of the placed order if shipped within the state of Illinois.
If an item is over 13 oz or has special packaging requirements, the order will be shipped via UPS ground. If the order is less than 13oz, it will be sent via Post Office mail. In the event, your order is not in stock, an additional 48 hours will be needed to attain the merchandise from our warehouses before shipment.
In all of our merchandise pricing, the shipping fee is built into final cost before tax. (Tax is only applicable on certain items)

Return / Refund Policy If you would like product and pricing information, you can obtain that information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on www.mchc.org. To contact an MCHC representative, please email webadmin@mchc.com and a MCHC representative will contact you for assistance.
If you are not satisfied with your MCHC purchase of a product, please email webadmin@mchc.com with your invoice/confirmation number to begin researching your case. In the event you are unsatisfied with the product, the product arrives damaged or you haven’t received the product at all, a new replacement product will be sent to you based on a case analysis by MCHC.
In the case of non product based purchases, such as event registrations, that are cancelled or not attended could result in a credit on your account that may be later applied to future event registrations. If you do not wish to attend any future events, a check maybe processed and mailed to the address recorded on your event registration. This process will be based upon a case by case analysis. | |
